  2. A good dose of jeyes liquid and then leave to air dry totally and then they will be like new otherwise you COULD be going the whole hog *Devils advocate* Who dries their lines before putting them away in the holdall or quiver etc ? net in a stink bag ?? wash out baits with lake water etc

  3. You rig a trace above the lure instead of fluorocarbon to avoid bite offs from pike... you can use premade traces and attach to the hook via a snap link or make your own with crimps... you can knot the Drennan multistrand in finer poundages but it is prone to kinking... Below the hook just use a length of mono to attach your drop shot weight onto... make sure the trace is long enough to not get cut off by a pikes teeth if it takes the lure right down... hope this helps

    2 or 3 rods

i generally catch more fishing 2 rods, don't know why but I feel more confident with 2 rods and tend to fish more accurately..

i've read numerous carp books and without a doubt Micky Grays first book is the best i've read by a mile. had me in stitches and at a point a lump in my throat and knowing some of the anglers mentioned within i know its not been air brushed. what is written is exactly what happened and knowing and having fished a long side some top anglers and read their books some are not quite true to their word.
