just a quick question about korda supernatural.

is supernatural a coated braid?

how did it snap on you?????

it varys between rigs, some will snap by the hook, some by the knot and a couple of occasions just smack in the middle . . . try drennan sinklink, cheaper as well

Ive heard a few people say that before, that it will snap on you, ive got some, only used it once or twice and had two 17 pounders on it, the one of them scrapped like you wouldnt know what and i didnt snap though.

I've used korda supernatural since last season and havn't had any kind of problems. I would highly recomend it.

Had the same problem snapping at the hook and not with big fish either. Stopped using it for that reason. On mantis now, although it coated it's the dog dangles

I tend to stick to only one hookling material and that is korda hybrid soft. I only really fish 2 or 3 places where is suits the bottom,but sometimes i simply dabble a marker pen along the hooklink to break it up a little.

can anybody reccomend an alternative to supernatural that isnt coated???

It depends what colour or situation you are using it in, I would say take the coating off of the mantis or try Nash soft silk

Usually use Supa-Nova but my local did'nt have any so got some Supernatural instead, landed my Pb of 37lb so cant be all bad
