jules007 Posted September 19 Report Posted September 19 Asking as i was looking for sweetcorn flavour boillies and found Starmer baits sell them on fleabay, gut feeling says steer clear but has any one used them, i have an idea for a bit of a baiting up Quote
framey Posted September 19 Report Posted September 19 (edited) Not used them but sweetcorn would be a cheaper move viable option rather than boilies spotted fin used to do a sweetcorn flavour boilie still do spottedfin.com also do a groundbait in corn tails up do a sweetcorn shaped pop up tailsup.co.uk If that helps Edited September 19 by framey Quote
jules007 Posted September 19 Author Report Posted September 19 been reading up on starmer baits and i am gonna give them a try, im thinking 15mmsweetcorn hookbait fished over some whole and chopped along with a scattering of canned corn Quote
salokcinnodrog Posted September 19 Report Posted September 19 Starmer made some decent baits years ago, although I've not used them recently. I got some through Carp.com when we were planning on selling bait through the website. I had a few decent fish from Suffolk Water Park on them, although I can't remember what flavour they were. jules007 1 Quote
elmoputney Posted September 19 Report Posted September 19 Just the name annoys me, they could be the best boilies in the world and I wouldn't use them. Golden Paws, yonny and kevtaylor 3 Quote

jules007 Posted September 26 Author Report Posted September 26 Little update i got some Dynamite Crave 15mm shelf life and the Starmer 15mm sweet corn shelf life, have to say the Starmer bait seems better quality, the aroma seems very natural not chemical as such, and very uniform im a tiny little bit disappointed with quality of the Crave Quote
