Seeing Wengers team selection for the first two games made me believe that he was concentrating on the league. Liverpool took the lead. Norwich went in at half time 2-1 up. Norwich went 3-1 up early in the second half. Liverpool were 4-3 up after 90 minutes. Norwich got an equaliser on 92 minutes. Liverpool scores the winner in the 95th minute. Both teams defended shockingly. Great game!! Payet is more than a level above the Spud Mufty . Ali looks full of promise it's true but we'll have to see if he is consistent over a period of time or whether he'll turn out to be another Pennent , Lennon , Gillespie etc etc ie a flash in the pan . I hope he is the real deal,it would be good if these young English players like Ali,sterling, stones etc prove it at the highest level. Only problem is that in this country a young English man has a good half a season and the media build them up.
