    No real pegs to speak of, but no problems fishing wherever you choose. Some decent size fish in there, but it's not a prolific water.

    I use Avid lead clips & tail rubbers. Dropping the lead depends on how loose you fit the tail rubber, more so than the make.

    I'd change 2 things. Firstly change the hook. The mugga eye doen't sit right for the rig. Try the Fox Arma point LSC or similar. Then trim the pop up down to balance the rig.

    A hook goes in & stays in under tension. A spike could do far more damage in my opinion.

    My concern with the bore rings is that if the bait comes off, the carp is left with a spike in it's mouth.
