I won't get chance to put the other waters on here tonight. My permit is in my gear in the loft and to tell you the truth I really can't be bothered going up there tonight. I will try and sort that for you as soon as I can mate 👍

There are only two you can night fish which are fan and heapey no1. There are others with carp but they are harder fishing there's heapey no2 and no3 and also Birkacre country park big lake in coppull but there are only about 10 carp in there, I do fish it for tench my best tench from there is 7lb they do go bigger but I'm not sure how big. They do have a few more lakes in the Wigan area but I'm not sure if there's carp in them, I'll have a look at my ticket later and let you know. I know you used to match fish but do you bother fishing for any other speices now? 👍

Fan lodge is on the Wigan AA ticket £35 a year plus £70 if you want a night permit. 👍

Has anyone used the cheaper braid of the bay, I would never use it for fishing but I was thinking of using on my marker rod, any thoughts or advice welcome. 👍

I only fish two myself, my club waters are two rod rule and when I go to day ticket waters I only fish with two even if I can use more. 👍 I did buy a 3 rod rod license but never used the 3 yet, I think I'll go back to my 2 rod licence this year. But everyone to their own I suppose it's what you get used to, I've always fished two on the odd occasion that have used three in the past I've bought the extra day rod licence. 👍

Well at the moment I do day sessions only usually dawn to dusk. This year I'm hoping to do my first 24hr session and once I've done that I sure more will follow. 😀

I went today to one of my local waters it was a blank for me, I got a few liners so they were about just not interested in my bait. 🤔 I was talking to the bailiff seems like there's been some good perch coming out so I think I'll have a go for them next trip out. 😀
