I used to have a Fetish on Swingers/Bobbins....
Fox Springer Arms were pretty decent (can also adjust with weights), Fox Mini Swingers with moving weight, also good to stop wind moving any bobbin chains.
Now I'm using Sonik Bobbins and add additional weights if needed.

Either will probably be fine then I should think mate, just go with what you think.
I've put a post out online, quite a few are leaning towards the 17lb version all purchased from Rig Locker.

I am used to a 0.40mm line so it seems quite thin to me 😀 I've cast 20 odd wraps with it and it seems OK, if you need distance get the thinner one if not go with the thicker one.
Maximum, 20 wraps (so far) I'll be casting, there's only 1 snaggy/weedy water near me (only fished it once).

I'm using the wild carp camo line at the moment it's been alright so far only used it twice though so not a long term review,
17 hours ago, elmoputney said:If you are fishing snags and stuff I would consider the 20lb one, If you look at the diameter it is probably more like a 14lb line or something it's quite thin, it is also quite low stretch so I have found it does break a little easier even at 20lb,
What does it look like on your reels ? What LB strain you using ?
I'm used to .35mm @ 18lb.

Did you grow up on Lancashire potato hash? Or "tattie ash" as I believe it's otherwise known.
I googled meat n Tato slice and that came up looks quite nice 😲
Proper northern comfort food apparently. Eaten with bread n butter and red cabbage.
"Lancashire Potato Hash"- Spuds, Carrots, Mince, onion all bunged into a pot with some oxo/stock 😋😋😋😋
Easy meal, can be frozen and reheated, it's funny because a neighbour made a Hot Pot pie for mi Nan n grandad yesterday, went down well with Buttered Crusty bread n Beetroot slices .

After spending the day trying to tidy our house and reorganise/declutter all of our toot and adding to the loft collection, we had a pizza, I'm hoping fasting and dog walking will counteract that lil blip I might go visit the gymnasium later but we still have a lot of work to do, I dream of an organised house but we haven't got there yet. Just having a black earl grey then I'm gonna crack on, I'm learning I don't need milk and sugar.
124.5kg this morning so going the right way 💪
Started our Under 14's Grassroots football season last week, so far we've won 2 from 2.......4-1 last week & 5-2 today.
Training twice a week Monday n Thursday, I join in when I'm on my 6-2 shift.
