Need 10am to hurry up... Like a kid at Christmas for every session lately.... Round the local park at 5am this morning with the dog... Back now sorting food n drink for 24hr session... Pick some maggots up for little en from Fishing Republic when open at 10am. Another Dad n Lad session like other week.

That's what I thought, but wife's working, and I've got it at 36hr now for a steal of £20 for 3 rods, it's a dad n lad fishing weekend what they do every year, me n 2 mates are booked on for em with our kids too.

Out area has give scattered showers all weekend, but temps still above 20oC...little lad n dog coming too, but both not keen on the forecasted thunder n lightning. I'm not fussed but due to little lad playing football and the incident with the young lad a couple of weeks ago, he now is scared to death about lightning.

For sure, didn't realise it gave about another foot or so. Was hoping be out tonight, but the Mrs put her foot down on this 1, but I'm out next week on a 24hr, week after for a loooo g day session, then week after for a 48hr.

I think there awesome, not put the bivvy up yet, still in bag, but use the Brolly and overwrap at moment. The only small thing for me is how taught(tight) the Overwrap goes on and I makes the Brolly a little loose. But overall, great... Seen this pic online and didn't realise the space between bivvy and wrap.

100% sonik man myself, respooled mine other day with DPF 15lb...spare spools will have subsonik on, which I don't know yet.

Hi Elmo, I've got the Korda Tackle box, but I went for just tackle box (left), not Bundle (right). Only because, I don't use leaders or anything, just the tackle box was enough for me, but it's better to have to much than not enough. I've just been tinkering with my Tackle/Bait, tidied the tackle out, pimped some bait, there's a 50/50 chance for Saturday night, but I'm 100% on a 24hr Next Saturday.

Just had a tinker with Bait, made - 20 Krill PVA mesh Bags 20 Manilla PVA mesh Bags Glazed a few pop ups- Glazed Krill Pop Ups in Krill Supreme. Glazed Pineapple Pop Ups in Pineapple Supreme + Isotonic Supreme. (WOOOOOW STRONG) Glazed Manilla White Pop Ups in White Almond Supreme. Glazed Mulbz Pop Ups in Isotonic Supreme.

Fully sorted all my gear (AGAIN).... charged Bivvy light, changed all battery's, general quick wipe over, topped up bait, put new line on reels. All sorted for the 24th July.

I know it's an old thread...... I've got the Brolly and overwrap, had for 12months now... Got the AXS Bivvy system today... Hopefully using the Bivvy at weekend.

Quick update, Little en went for his 1st training session on Sunday (just gone), he is GUARANTEED a place in the England / NW England Team in Barcelona April 2022. He now goes every 2 weeks for a 2hr session with England Grass-Roots GK Coach until March 2022, but every 8weeks they've requested £50 (which I don't mind) for Insurance, Coaching, Amenities, Snacks & Refreshments. Hopefully retire at 40 😁😁

Just dried out some of my Gear from Friday NIGHT, JEEEZ it was wet, main thing wanted dry was the Overwrap, took about 20mins in this sunshine, dried out net n cradle too.
