I know that feeling! I rarely drink these days and then it's only a small one. During my teenage and early 20's years, I went out most nights, nowadays I've had a minor hangover after 1 pint! I like to think that it's wisdom but probably means I'm getting old! Saying that, don't miss the following mornings when I remember how stupid I was or what I said. If I could turn back the clock, I would definitely fast forward and give it a miss.

No sympathy lol, self inflicted 😂. I'm one of them Tea Totals. To rub some salt in... Sunday was the day you was gonna beat your PB. I just know it 🔮🤣.

Feel like I'm getting old, can't handle a hang over anymore 🤣🤣 went out for a few after work on Saturday with plans to go fishing Sunday for a 24... strolled in early hours Sunday, ended up ill on the sofa until last night 😭 also feeling very sorry for myself today🤣🤣

Well that was chaotic, took a few attempts getting it all lined up correctly to auto cut the sausage etc 🤣🤣🤣 I've learnt a lot in the last hour, the machine is quick and I was not prepared for how quick the tray filled up with baits and getting them into the other trays before the next lot came out the machine 🤦‍♂️🤣 The machine came with a precut nozzle but will need to cut a new one for future use as the one it came with is producing dumbells at the moment lol Not a problem tho cos they will be going out by boat/spomb 👍 Been boiling them on the cooker until the first few float then putting them into trays to dry, but it's a slow process so gonna need to get a burco or maybe a fryer 🤔 Anyway I'm happy with it, just need to get a routine sorted and it will produce a lot of bait in no time 👍👍👍

I used to want my particles as fresh as possible, preferably still warm as I was catapulting them in. Then I fished a water with hemp I'd prepared Friday, by Sunday it seemed to get better and better as it got sticky and slimy. Pigeon conditioner is another one that as it smells a bit fermented is better. Even so, I had some that went beyond that, that I thought was off, with mould appearing on the top, so I poured it in the margins for the swans, and within a few minutes carp were on it. I simply don't take particles home, either poured on the bank to keep the swans and geese happy or prebaited. If I don't go, I end up with a bucket of bait in the freezer. In fact I've just pulled a bucket of hemp out today for use tomorrow. I've got some ice cream containers full of particles that I'll leave in until the morning for the day after.

As above don't wear crocs or plastic soled shoes that don't grip on muddy banks, not only can you slip fall in you can also slip, fall in land on your rod, snap it to pieces, break your reel and smash your bite alarm to smithereens. As I found out this weekend, I was only trying to wash my hands after baiting 😱🫣 To make matters worse whilst trying to reel this in I hooked a stupid jack pike,getting that in was fun, would rather catch a bream. Needless to say if was an expensive trip and the shoes have gone in the bin.
