Not a purchase as such more of an apology and gift. Back a couple of weeks it was an air dry your bait at work day. So I did but unbeknown to me the housekeeper on the job I was working at was feeding the baby seagulls from the bedroom window i was decorating with my bait 😳 laughing she apologised today and gave me two bags of homemade frozen bait and a tub of corresponding cork pop-ups. Her son is a Carp angler who belongs to 3 syndicates he gave them to me as as an apology for what his mum had done.

Upgraded the ridgemonkey, loved the sandwich maker I've had it for years 👌

Watch out fishes here comes " Highys Autumn Campaign " ! . I've only fished 4 times this year due to problems with my toes / family holiday / seeing family / it's too damn hot at the moment , so I'm also looking towards emptying the lake starting the end of this month 😁

Just set in stone with the wife my next outings..... 29th September - 24hr, 6th October 24/36hr maybe possible 48hr, 13th October 24/36hr maybe possible 48hr. Birthdays next Friday 15th, but working, so will be ordering some new gear, she's says I've got upto £100 😁😁. So, new line for Reels - me thinks Sonik Invisicam 18lb, Manilla Boilies, Fox Run Ring Kit....possible few other bits.

Not fishing related (or is it ???) Been having a play withbit this morning with the lad, thought wonder how powerful it is??? Stupid Idea.... So about 60ft away I stood....at bottom of garden. Yeh, quite powerful.

Ouch !

I got 3 buckets to cook up tonight so will defrost that bottle on the bank 😆 Reels all respooled this morning, just about to have a 45 at work so stopping at a tesco to do a bit of a shop, no shop near the reservoir but there is water, so it's gonna be uht milk for cups of tea and pot noodles 🤣

Yah, tried that doesn't work 🙄 Another suggestion was take the reel off the rod and place infrastructure of the others, and can still strap rod in..... But I've bought a single rod sleeve now 😁...£15
