This guy is pretty decent I've learnt a bit from watching his videos That being said my pair of spaniels are difficult to manage still 😂

I've just Google mapped the new place I'm fishing Both have about same stamp of fish, 1 is slightly deeper than the other.... I'll have the deeper out on both to see what's what on each.... I've got my gate key and card this morning.... I've phoned the owner and there's only about 20 members on this place... Mainly match guys and about 5 carers.... Mate has been wanting to fish this place since he was a kid.... Been about 20yrs that too...

Some of the fish caught the past week have been dripping milt and have all been caught near where they spawned last year. I believe males get ready earlier than 'the ladies'. We know the bigger fish in the lake are female. They aren't up the other end at the moment. Plenty of walking Sky around when I'm there, and I've not seen a fish. Casting at the showing fish and they move away. If you can sneak a bait out quietly you stand more chance of catching.
