I've used live ones, dead ones, dried ones....... I've done lots of experimenting with naturals. My advice to you is don't bother, stick to worms/maggots, infinitely more effective mate.

  2. Please tell me they are joking! https://www.total-fishing-tackle.com/nash-bore-tool Come on Nash tackle, you really are scamming the carp angler now. What a waste of money! If you are so inclined stay Carp tax free: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rolson-3-Piece-Countersink-Set/232854214242?hash=item3637315662:g:BoYAAOSw-d5bTzDY

As long as they're clipped up to the same distance of course you can mate.

Welcome to the forum. In answer to your question it is certainly possible to do what you suggest. It is simply a question of measurement skills and casting ability. Whether you can or not is, of course, down to you.
