  1. This is where I am cleverer than a clever thing having a particularly clever day.... Whatever I order gets delivered to work. Pop it in the jam jar and drive home, leaving said items in the boot. Get up early while she is still lying in bed farting and snoring and sneak them down into the shed. Works every time.

  3. One to look at, http://www.korum.co.uk/products/line-and-braid/xpert-reel-line Used mostly atm by barbel guys but suits carp too, thin, good knot strength, strong abrasion resistance, sinking, kink resistant, cheapish bulk spools.

  4. When my wife says "I've had it for ages" she really means just over an hour........ and there's so much fishing stuff in my garage that she'd never notice new stuff. My son also stores his gear in the garage and we're both strangers from the truth when appropriate............ Ian

    Coventry/Warwick area

Barston or Makins would be your best bet, walked around barston today, fairly busy for the time of the year, by early afternoon there was a lot of fish activity at the very far end of the lake, i was surprised by the amount of scum and bubbles on the surface, right tight to the reeds in a long line, no one was fishing that far down, and you have the deepest water at that end of the lake.
