Carpbell3
I got out of my court case by the skin of my teeth, didn't get awarded anything, I knew I wouldn't it was all about racking up a massive legal bill for the other side without it getting passed onto me, just managed it, so far it has cost them just shy of 20 grand to chase me for a small debt which the court squashed, up to them if they wish to appeal it, I have been baiting them but to no avail as yet. It was 1 of them 1 in a million things, I was handalling recycable plastic from a dolav into a baler, and it was in the plastic and not in a Sharps bin.... Had to go AnE, Tetnis, Hep B injection, 2 lots bloods taken and anti HIV meds for 30 days, then another Hep B injection each month for next 3 months, 2 more bloods after 6 months then get my results. There was not 1% wrong on my end and someone in the Factory hasn't followed Sharps procedure. BIG investigation going on. I got stabbed with a syringe by a shoplifter back in 2011 I think it was. That was an A&E job, HIV, Hep C and B tests, and a year of blood tests and Hep B immunisation jabs. The 'no win no fee' solicitor took the case on for criminal assault etc. The court awarded a total of £1000, which in terms of the mental health covered bog all. After he took his cut I got a total of £520. The assailant got 2years after changing his plea on the trial day, he'd served 11months on remand, so had 1month more to serve before his release. Pleading guilty pretty much got 50% of the sentence reduced and time served. Really not worth the effort either way. Justice and sentences really wind me up, and Starmer let loose a lot more on early release to make places for 'right wing fascists' who were in many cases demonstrating against the current immigration, and not all were rioting. emmcee

Yep, did the Same, A&E, HIV injections, HIV medication, 3 lots of Bloods (results come back fine). My Solicitors is a No Win No Fee, but I've used them before with good success, there take is 25% of the final outcome, which is I'm asking for 6 months Wages, we're the other Party has accepted liability straight away. I've seen doctors, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrist, and have all told me that my Anciety is my worst diagnosis, I've go a consultation Monday, I'm going seeing another Psychologist in a few weeks, I've got regular meetings at work, as it can be seen I'm not actually upto my job lately.... I have no faith what so ever in the Justice System, ever since my lad got attacked on the Bus coming home from school, myself n wife found out everything about the attacker, retrieved CCTV from the bus, basically did all the work, not once did an officer come to my house or even speak to my Son (this was October 2022) I've still got the case file on my phone.
