TLB Posted August 22, 2020 Report Posted August 22, 2020 Has anybody ever tried using olives as a bait for carp? Quote
greekskii Posted August 23, 2020 Report Posted August 23, 2020 As the resident greek here I can safely say I’ve never heard of them being used as a carp bait. No reason not to give them a try but there are plenty of better options for baits available yonny and kevtaylor 2 Quote
elmoputney Posted August 23, 2020 Report Posted August 23, 2020 I would assume the stones aren't good for carp, and I would just eat them tbh 😁 I also think they may just turn to mush in water so probably wouldn't stay on the hook long, but possibly worth a try 👍 Quote

Maybe TLB can give olives a try and report back ? . 😃 Edited August 24, 2020 by crusian Punctuation Quote

I think I would probably end up eating them, although I'm now wondering how I would keep my feta cheese cool as that goes well with olives wrapped in a slice of proper ham... crusian 1 Quote
