Braided knots

Can you use a Knotless knot on braid as I've been using it all the time and recently watched a video on Jim Shelley and he says Knotless knot are for mono

just got me wondering if I was using the best knot without weakening the braid at the same time as another video said that some knots can weaken the braid

I've used the KK with braid for 20 years and not had issues so I'd take it with a pinch of salt bud.

Knotless knot for braid, is no problem.

I agree - never had an issue with the knotless knot with braid. Just make sure the first turn around the shank of the hook, is away from the join

Well if Jim shelley said it , well it has to get true !

Met him once on the bank and that was one to many times not a likable chap .

I cant believe anyone would say that ,I dont know anyone that doesn't use or have used the Knotless Knott,
