louis84
only recently jumped on the kwik link bandwagon myself and i must say i am most impressed. why wasnt this thought of years ago??? wait.......i bet it was..... then WHY DID NOONE TELL ME! haha
tonybranno
I also have no problems using kwik links and ive caught carp to over 20 pounds using them. If you are having hooklinks snapping then make sure you use a figure of eight knot on the loop instead of a normal overhand knot.
kevtaylor
I use them - and like the new versions as well, will be getting some. Never had problems with hooklinks snapping, even with florocarbon and simple overhand loop knots. Maybe your not lubricating the knot enough before tightening, and therefore weakening the hooklink? Only ever had a hooklink break once and that was because the carp bit through 25lb coated braid.
salokcinnodrog
only recently jumped on the kwik link bandwagon myself and i must say i am most impressed. why wasnt this thought of years ago??? wait.......i bet it was..... then WHY DID NOONE TELL ME! haha Cos I was keeping the Breakaway SpinLinks and Leadlinks to myself. Wish I had patented the idea!

courtz
I think the fox kwik change swivels are great, keep the rig a bit tidier IMO come in a version without the ring on the swivel aswell (ring ones for use on helicopter rigs), pack of ten with silicon sleeves £2.
louis84
yeah i use the fox ones as well. sleeves fit well and keep everything crisssssp. ttsssss there strong too! i snapped my gardner bait needle in it. but to be honest i blame the crappy needle. had to use my own finger as a bait needle but they just kept crumbling to pieces

sarniesam
i use the fox predator ones, never had a problem with them, good for stick work.
pte1643
No problems here either. But I never tie them direct to my line. I always have a swivel at the end of both my mainline and Hooklink, so the "Kwik Link" is connected either end by swivel eye.
