    I wasn't aware of the plastics that take on glugs.... now I want some but thinking about it that ali hamidi or whatever his name is always glugs his plastic bait.

    I used plastic a lot last year and I tried glugging and not glugging and tbh honest I don't think it made any difference at all. Remember plastic is non porous so it cant absorb anything it just sits on the surface which is washed off as soon as the bait hits the lake bed

    Not soon enough mate he has booked it for sometime in may, just found out there is only 4 anglers allowed at any time suits me I will let you know the date and remind you closer to the time mate

    A friend I haven't seen for a while just telephoned and asked if I fancy 48 hrs on the retreat in Powys, Being I don't get much of a chance to fish anywhere other than local I jumped at the chance and its only £25 for a guest, Just wondered if any of you guys have fished it and any best methods or baits
