    I use the rig foam to catty a few freebies over I sumtimes over weight my pop ups if the fish are on a munch

    I set my rigs so they fall flat,with the aid of 2 bits of rig foam.a nice slow drop on a straight hooklink the hook comes into contact weight wise as soon as the hook pricks the lip. I use N-Trap can't get on with snakeskin tho,as much as I try the coating splits as I tighten my knots

    I've had a few fish on the same rig,never had a problem with any coiling after a good steam.

    I use semi stiff for all my multi rigs,steams nice and straight and never had no problems with them

    I'll admit it was when pleasure fishing using lighter tackle with sprayed maggot but I could also see it happening with sharp hooks light leads

    I use rig foam on my multi rigs all year round,luv the way it drops everything nice and flat. I have caught the odd leaf in the past I must admit. I've caught them mid water as well.

    I use to use old shoe laces to back up reels .... long time ago tho !

    I use to use electrical tape.... then upgraded to pole elastic.... then took all the faffing about out of the equation and just use sticks.

    All the above methods work..... it's just that using sticks is easier..... and you can have several swims marked with several spots !!!!

    If I'd had a fish and still had 2 rods fishing they'd be staying where they are..... reeling in is just bad angling.... sticks are much,much easier.

    I use 2 old bank sticks with hi-viz tape off an old work coat taped on them. My tackle tart mate goes mad !!!

    No,the mods are..... Nick Nige Andy Ian (welder) Buzzbomb Ouchthathurt..... who doesn't post no more Guy(stoogie) although I'm not sure if he's still one,but he don't post no more.

    It's not going downhill,mate. I think it's been as busy as it been for a long time. There are around 5/6 of theses spats every year. There's only two Mods that posts regularly now,but I'm sure the others look in regularly..... they normally step in when it gets too tasty.

    My stick mix takes up to 5mins in inches of water to melt,even last month.... I like it oily.... and I'll be honest I don't expect to get a bite so quick anyway,so I have time on my side

    I give mine a little tinkle.... I got some done for me for France... I'm not at the pro's level when putting an edge on hooks.... one bite hook tho !
