No the weather may not be the best I really think its angling pressure an too much bait, I know a carps digestive system isn't the best but if 10 anglers are putting 10kilos buckets of particles in an not even a bream caught ??? I'm going up for a walk now after with the fishspy again I'll keep you up to date guys

I've had some amazing results fishing over bait if your on them and they're having it but if no one is catching not even bream and theres some lumps of bream in there that tells me something ain't quiet right

Thank you for your feedback there isn't really any predation other than a comorant or two, if I'm honest I think its angling pressure and baiting

I use a pva bag with ground bait and oil mix I find that even after the bag breaks down some of the contents leach into the bottom so attraction stays for some time and as I cast regular to keep that attraction there it's working for me so far just got to convert the drop backs to carp on the bank lol

I've thought this and as I'm only a new member my thoughts aren't really listened to but my thinking is we are there to catch them yes but not to the extent where so much is put in even bream rant feeding should say something ???

It is how you train them mucka mine has very selective hearing and like most females does her own thing anyway 😆😆

I've never had anything on it I take butter beans or harricot beans had some good results on them

Bad angling

Hi all I was bought a fishspy for my birthday and what a bit of kit, the sad thing is its opened my eyes to exactly how much bait is being left uneaten on our lake beds, I'm on a clicky park lake and it seems that every man an his dog have watched Danny fairbrass filling waters in and think that will work nothing has come out for nearly 3 weeks not even a bream FULL UP or am I the only one that thinks this open for suggestions guys

Tryed taking mine fishing barked at the birds barked at the people and bikes going past then ate a half kilo of boilies whilst I went to toilet so she dont come no more lol

The rig and lead I showed yesterday are in that pva bag as you can see I've tryed to use the extra pva to protect where the lead is to stop punch through

I didnt say it was a multi tangle rig someone else did, I use a largish pva bag with a smallish amount of ground bait with the lead in the centre of the bag hook in the side this allows me to use the extra pva bag to reinforce the bag by folding and sticking the bags are dropping 6ft clean as a whistle I cant coment on deeper water I've not had problems with tangles

Only had them components at time of making. Now I've been to the tackle shop and have the one chick change swivel with the silicone sleeve

This is my current set up nothing fancy but it works well for me in a pva bag

I've fished these for yrs and have great faith in them start with a safezone leader from korda cut the ring off the end so you just have the swivel 2 1/2oz drop off lead push the swivel into the end off the lead run the leader over the outside of the lead I use a bit of rubber sleeve over the back part of the inline lead I find it holds it perfect but on a take it drops the lead as soon as mr carp trays any funny business. Tie up a 3inch hooking with 20lb braid size 4 wide gaps fang or crank an jobs a good un hope this helps use a ground bait in the bag you can flavour it loads of attraction only food is your boilie or what your using
