Hi guys...i know ive mentioed a friend has offered me has Sonik SKS alarms...BUT Just incase he changes his mind or summat could anyone reccomend a decent 3 alarm set with receiver. Budget around £120 ish...looking at Prologic SMX..JRC Radar...Prologic Bats... But heard some good things on the NGT VS & the NEW NGT DYNAMIC ALARMS. Need to have reciever and be a 3 alarm set...👍 thanks

I have these illuminated swingers...buuut...now getting bored of them as i want now to be on buzz bar setup and want to leave alarms n swingers together for ease and speed...look nice but may invest in Illumanated bobbins ?? Or plain matching bobbins with decent isotopes ??

Woke up at 6am this morning contemplating a last minute dash....yeeeeeh...lets go...so packed just enough for a few hours fishing at local lake...3Sisters race park with a lake at the side but only has 10 pegs u can fish...arrived about 7am and every peg had a pod with 3 rods each...not happy...(reason being that full is it is a bit of a bird reserve now but FREE fishing) so had to think fast of were to go as tune was ticking....My usual mere lane fishery in Burscough.(45min away) 8am turn up...had a few on already but turning up same as me...mad dash with chair..rod bag..bait n terminal bag..just fished singles down margains...4hrs fishing caught 2 around 5lb mark each...lost about 6 though...fone read 28oC at one point.. Reason i think i lost more is to hook sharpness...left rig wallet at home and didnt fancy tying on bank..lazy.. Is there an every day Diamond tool to sharpen hooks ???

I tend too go for a paddle...retrieving snapped line still attached to lead clip...not mine...1 of the other anglers threw to side of tree with a wayward cast and he didnt know what to do about it so i asked the owner and he brought his boat. I think i got that Sinkin Feeling..sorry

Anyone watch the FishOmania...just watching now and i remeber my match days.....BUT the size of fish going in the keepnets was ridicoulus...what we used to do is get hold of any if the weighers around...weigh the fish then put it back..anything above 10lb was released back... Thoughts please...
