I managed to get a 10kg bag home, thawed it out in some Hemp/Olive Oil, now I've refreshed it until my 48hr in August.... Would anything else be a good additive to it when thawing ?

Today was a way to hot 1 for fishing....instead.... Roof on...2 sides batoned and varnished, only left side to do...paint the decking grey, then all done, hot tub in, water in.....Bosh I'm in.

Just looked at the difference between the Sonik Subsonik ear and Sonik Ultrasonik Clear, both in 18lb...only difference I have found is....nothing, both same diameter, both say EXACTLY same on spools, but it looks liken you get more line on the Subsonik version.

I can't seem to settle on a line, the Fox Soft Steel in Camo was a decent 1, Sonik Subsonik in Camo, Daiwa Sensor Clear to thin, GTHD was up there, the Korda Carp Line I've got on now I've used twice and is curly wirly, it do everything to prep em, soak take time putting on, the use the spin doctor to take out any kinks if any. At the moment just not settling on a line...

Would anyone use the Sonik Uktrasonik Clear, for Carp Fishing ?....just thoughts ?...

I've got some untouched Cork balls and some soaked in Hinders betalin... Did have some colored unflavoured boilies but I could smell the plastic/rubber on them, so I binned em....

I'm in the same boat, work and home life (jobs to be done)...so with this heat I'll get them all done VEEEEERY SLOWLY)...I'm.only sleeping about 5hrs at a push, now I'm cleaning house top to bottom, feels like I've jumped in a pool then started, 😅

This is the time I only see it on when it's warm, but the Match lake behind it has a sunken aerator and is constantly on all year round....I think they tend to favour the match scene rather than the pleasure/carp side...

I've only got the Club Lake or Park Lake to fish lately, money has been spent on sorting the Garden and Car for me.... Same happened last year with the lake...
