    Rod Shots

True, goes without say....Carp in this/these lakes are not known for making shows. I've caught from the lake on the Left from the Red Dot (Boat Ramp) & Red Line (Bird/Duck Feeding Area)....I've fished the Bowl Bank (Green Line). The lake on the Right I've only fished once, has fewer fish but has the bigger fish and 1 of the fish is on my to catch list (Below) "Half Lin"

    9ft -10ft carp rods

TBH im happy i got the Diawa`s my last 12ft 3lb were same rods and they were right nice to use, i did think the old 11 footers were just to old and under gunned, just cheap glass fibre rods, but will still use one of them on the smaller runs lake as fish only run to 15lb in there

The bank stick lights just give you enough for the camera to set its focus point. For the shot itself, a flash is essential imo. If you have a half decent flash, I would recommend using the same settings as day time tbh.

    9ft -10ft carp rods

My last 2 sets of rods have both been 12ft 6in, a mix of casting ability and yet retaining playing action. I've got a pair of 10s which in hindsight are utterly pointless and should be sold as they'll just gather dust. A 6ft may be useful for stalking under a canopy on occasion but in half the videos you see of this type of fishing it looks so dangerous they shouldn't be doing it anyway! 🤬
