No, they are live maggots. I use 3 or 4 at a time, no problems with buoyancy. You could use fake or better still a mixture. I like the movement from the live ones.

Hi Josh as davew says your a bit premature google fishing in france / belgum /spain /holland ETC i have fished all these place and a few more depends on what your looking for? there are fishing companys that do the whole package or you can drive and survive. if you fish Spain you need a liecence which you get from the town hall in advance if you get caught whithout one look forward to all your gear and car confiscated. Just the second one for me Steve, if he keeps banging em in and playing the way he is you are gonna struggle to keep him unless you are winning trophies, I remember watching him as a 17 year old for inter in the champions league and he looked like a superstar then,gotta give Liverpool credit for getting his career back on track after a couple of stuttering seasons.
