Where are you off to?... is it your first time?... are you going with a few mates? & what makes France such a great place to have a weeks fishing?

well il start it off, im of to moorlands fisherie in may,it will be my 1st time and ill be going with coops and bunn who ill be meeting for the 1st time at the sandhurst social, when i plan to have most, if not all the money for the trip.., any 1 been ther???

WEll as you may well have seen i'm off to Etang le fays in July.

 

I've been there last year but as it was my first carp fishing trip for a long long time and hadn't relly done any sort of session for years i blanked so feel that i had something to prove and wanted to crack the lake.

 

That is to say that i will this time but i have learnt a lot from the trip and also after.

I'm off to Roland de Peche at the end of April, first time to the venue, this time by myself. Can't wait!

well i'm off to sandurst for the social in march thats my first trip out this year then a good few 36-48 hour session's then i'm off to rusheslake france on the 18th sept do you know it

Well I'm off to Rushes along with a few other nutters at whit. Was hoping for a trip over in Sept but my SELFISH daughter has decided to get married on the 4th Sept so that kind of ruined that idea.

Well I have a job in France at the end of March and managed to sneak a couple of days fishing in,probably at Etang Marolles.

 

In may I am taking my 2 eldest boys to a runs lake In Mayenne where we meet up with other dads and lads for a long weekend

 

In august we are going to Les Rivets,looking forward to this one the most

 

And back to Etang Marolles in October.....I love France,bring it on....

Whats the ultimate venue in france is there one everyone wants to fish,or is it just what suits your style of fishing?

Well i have been invited to Blavet valley lakes when my season finishes in a few weeks.I dont get much chance to carp fish these days so i am looking forword to it and have a crack at one of them big 50lb+ commons.

Hopfully pop in and see my good mate Jim at 'Moulin du Mee' this spring also.

if you havnt fished cassien before...then its a great experience...not easy but views and surroundings great plus...alot of half naked nice french women/girls swimming about

Hello all,

 

I have been treated Mrs wanted to go to France fishing for a week!!

 

We are off to Bletiere the first week of October, through Angling Lines....

 

Well chuffed that the Mrs is coming, hopefully she will get the bug and come again with me.
