hi there ... i would just like to report on a very tough weekend iv just got back from today ..... and put some people straight on this water and the owner who has taken some stick on this forum.. i really must say the lake is a fantastic looking water and is ''VERY VERY '' well run mark the owner is a very nice bloke and will do anything to help you and that goe's for the baliffs too.... on this fishing side of things it was very very tough the conditons was' nt great in my eye's friday saturday and sunday was in the upper teen's lovely and warm but the night temp's were below freezing with a very heavy frost every morning . people on here will read that swim's 1 and 6 are the best 2 swim's on the lake ...but dont be worried if you cant get these swims because 8 and 9 were doing well this weekand ...the bloke in swim 9 had a 41lb/45lb/25lb/26lb/59lb/ well on the fish me think's with swim 8 having a 25lb mirror and swim 2 having a 29lb mirrow too... so anyway please do not read all the rubbish on this forum about this fine water .......its no easy water and its no runs water but as swim 9 show'sif your on them your on them... hi lad's im going to vallee lake's 1 with me brother in april got the best 2 swim's on the lake thats swims 1&2 cant bloody wait..... 4 week's to go.......

hello mate ill chill and enjoy dont you worry lol it's been i while since iv been on a french bank cant wait..... so you think just a microcat boat full on each rod at the start of the session an then if i get them going ad more? so one did say this to me... cheers joe

hi mate .... in my eyes any freezer boilie by mainline is the way to go CELL/PRO ACTIVE PINEAPPLE/GRANGE OR PULSE are super baits....just another great bait PINEAPPLE HI VIZ POP UP on a bed of partical then again thats only my opinion a lot of people would say nash SCOPEX SQUID RED ROBIN or other nash baits but NASH is really not for me to many rumours about there bait for my likeing.... remember just my opinion....

hello mate .... i was going to take 5 kilos of CELL and 5 kilo's of PRO ACTIVE PINEAPPLE plus im getting 10kilos of chilli hemp and 5 kilo's of maze out there on the complex.... but how would you feed it at the start of the session ?

hi there well where should i start ? im going out to france on 16/04/10 cant wait not been out there for 6 years . april weather can be really up and down and as the lake we are going to is in north france its really going to be the same as here people keep saying to me wht did you pick to go in april ? i really done understand because i would of thought after a really nasty winter this year they will be moving all over the place looking for some mainline CELL..(love it) i.e (my hook bait) really im trying to work out how much partical to take and how much CELL boilies. im fishing from friday morning till monday morning any thoughts would help me?... ill be useing my microcat keep that in mind.. iv always been a keen carp angler but not really a winter 1 and as to me its still feel like winter this is why i wanted some opinions many thanks joe
