Rod stuck together

Guys any tips on how to get my rod apart stuck good and propper

Two people one on each end pulling and twisting in opposite directions, something will give

Put some candle wax on the rods joins stop them sticking once you get them separated

Try YouTube got lots of vids on there to help you, but I’ve used the above method and it works.

Dip the rod underwater, the carbon will contract slightly which should loosen it enough.

Odd time of year to get the rod stuck together. Normally happens in summer when the rod expands due to temps.
