Dose anyone know of any rivers in the midlands that have carp in??? And if ya do what is the best way to fish for them??? I have been carping for a long time now and I have never had a river carp. Please help.

Spend time to walk, look and listen, there is no more to it, i'ts down to you to put the leg work in to reap the rewards!

 

Look for slack areas, as well as changes in depth, spots between weed beds ect, but your eyes will tell you more than any forum!

theres loads in the blythe behind hams hall not very big tho maybe up to lower doubles :wink:

 

I've seen some which were of a good size. Just by Hams Hall syndi water.....the one that got flooded by the Blythe a few years back lol.
