phildalton1982 got a reaction from B.C. in Anyone used these
Yeah but are they safe? Im not happy with the swivel being rammed down by the lead causing a possible break. Especially after a long awaited bite! A chod is a heli rig, one and only time i used one i had a bite, picked it up, line parted by link for lead. Yes i was using buffer this, safety that BUT still broke, and yes my knot was strong

phildalton1982 got a reaction from salokcinnodrog in bite alarms around £100
Centium kodex alarms, i know em well, cracking little set. I got rid of em due to wanting delks. Followed the sheep there i think, now have Fox alarms. Yes i still get bites and land fish even though i don't have delks.....They are good but i think its personal preference, one mans rubbish etc
Different views and opinions make the world tick

Richard ,
It looks to me that you need to spend some more of your hard earned on more korda accessories , according to ali that rig is just not a knotless knot rig , you need to add all the rest of the bits , hook stop , ring swivel and putty, once you have spent the £30 on all these bits, you then need to trim the wafter ( with your korda scissors) to get it to balance just right , not forgetting the correct weighted braided hooklength

Little bit of consumer knowledge for ya mate, you bought them as a set and therefore send them back as a set and get a refund on all three of them......or as they are discontinued they should replace with the equivalent/newer model.

phildalton1982 reacted to stubags in Help with rods
Thanks, I'll have a look into those. My current rods are shimano hyperloop I guess I have had them for about 12 years and are starting to show their age a bit. Also doesn't help that I push them to the edge of the 2.5lb t/c.
They all started 12' but 2 of them are 11'9" now!!

I imagine you can use it like a little dingy, stealth, paddle out to bait up then it doubles as a mat...... Cant see the built in throwing stick though.....

I noticed an AdVanta rehab cradle that seems to fold away fairly small. Quite difficult to tell from one photo, though there are 3 different sizes and they all look different
