    dont know how its doing but the deeper water is on the far bank opposite the car park, sturgeon are always there too

    I was in 2nd pipes and that's a nice little corner,lewis (iambunn) was in pipes and had a couple to mid 20 if my memory severs me correct,not forgetting the pike

    Went there on the social this year, And if i went back i would go to the same swim or as near as didn't have any but the fish were there,Just bad angling on my part i think. Swims that did well the island, Pipes and carpark swim. Rig and bait wise, Use white maggots on a maggot clip micro mesh stick filled with maggot on a 5inch, Simple size 8 hook rig? Didnt like the state of the swims but i WILL be back. hope that helps

    Hi Keith, sounds like a good session well done hows my asylum swim fishing would like to get down to you next year but as im getting married next august it may well have to wait till 2012 Jamie had an English 40 the other week a stunner at that, he's well chuffed. a mini social is on the cards i think!     i fished this lake/puddle loads when i started carp fishing,its a little runs water pretty much any rig works keep it simple i would say. there's a lad on hear who has a picture with a sturgeon from there as his profile pic, tiger nut on the hair

    fishing was very slow over the week and sometimes mind-blowing, this was difficult although made allot easier by the company i was with, thanks to Jamie,lewis,martin, Tony and the brummmmmieeee lads for making it a great experience oh and Garrrrry!!!!!! dont ask.
