The budget he has been allowed since this time last year is even smaller than you think mate. All the flair players to have joined since last summer such as nene and zarate were chosen and signed by Sullivan because the board dont trust the Dinosaur with the money after last seasons debacle . He was given certain mandates last summer very few of which he has acheived .
