Through the years from 2016/17 Our last session together was about 13/14months ago in the Tempest 200 on the local club water.

My lad started off when he was 5yrs old with an Octoplus Seat Box and a Float Rod, loved the fact of catching any and every fish with maggots every week up until about he was 7 when I started Carp fishing, and then he wanted the Camping side of staying out at night. So the fishing was during the fay for us both then at night was myself ky and he had his tablet with him. This continued until he was about 12yr and started dwindling away to his technology....now he's 14 and isn't that fussed to be honest. Now its Football, Karate, MMA training and the odd phase on FIFA on his PS5.... I do ask him now n then if he wants to go, but he's not fussed... So may have to introduce the Pooch back into it 😁😁

Life just got even busier.... Myself working Monday to Saturday, same with Wife. Grassroots Football season starts September, so that's Monday (6-8), Thursday (6-8) & Sunday (Games) for us. Wife Trains Tuesdays (7-9) & Dances away (all day) Sundays. + on top of all that, my lad started MMA Training 2 weeks ago, due to some people/lads seeing him at Karate....so that's Karate (6.30-8) on Wednesdays & MMA Fridays (5.30-7) So only a Saturday to do something IF we can 😲😲😲

100%, think it is the Adventure side of it, something different. Maybe a long day session in few weeks, but my uncle asked if want a 48hr for his birthday in September.

He actually got quite excited when he saw all the gear, think he thought we was going, but nope...maybe in few weeks.

Pretty light empty i thought....but My R10 was heavy, not struggling heavy, but wouldn't like to do a lap of lake on mi back/shoulder with it....but it had everything in. Then there was only Bivvy, Bed, Chair, Matt, Cook bag....I'd have another in a heartbeat now, with so minimal gear.

I'm thinking getting the R6 for all my 6ft Outfit for Carp/Coarse fishing, if anything like the R10, then I'll be happy 👍🎣

Well, I think that's the Day session gear sorted (unless I want a sling and some scales) Got some pegs from Halfords, Half Litre Fabsil. Spooled up the Float Rod, Washed and dried the Bivvy then gave a coat of Fabsil. Sorted the 1 Rod Carp Setup. Like this weekend I've been bored out my tree, SO...... got the gear to go this morning......NO LICENCE, couldn't be bothered fanny about so sorted all out so no dramas for next time.

I had the R10 Transporter for the 10ft Xtractors, I could only fit 2 rods in with the ultegra 14000's (yeh too big I know), but it's all about the length of the handle to were the reel sits in....the xtractors ONLY just fitted in.

Just been go outdoors for some pegs (ALL PEGS SOLD OUT) so while there.... For the 6ft Float Rod....8lb Daiwa Sensor line, Pack of Floats, Shot, Plumbets, Hooks, Bait Bands, Discorgers. For the 6ft Carp Rod...42" Landing net + 2pc Handle, Hooks, Hooklength Braid, Fox Run Rig Kit, QC Swivels, Ronnie Swivels, small Kickers (So far) 15% sale on bait, so may go during week, few day sessions planed for in a few weeks time with my lad.

Just been and got it, it's like an Aquatex material, takes 2 min put up. The 2 support bars have camo tape wrapped round em, but ah well, a 10yr old + Bivvy and looks like new, came with no pegs though.
