Very, very weedy so hard to get spots where you'd want to put a rig.
It's not a runs water by any stretch, but hopefully we all have one by the end🤞

Thanks all, still buzzing! Caught it over 1.5kg of hemp, 200(ish) boilies, with a large pva bag filled with pellet, crumbed and whole boilie, corn and lots of maggots. My dad was float fishing in the next swim for a few hours and left his remaining maggots and corn behind, so I whacked it in a pva bag on the middle rod and stuck it out over the hemp, the other rod on the spot was just a stringer, then the 3rd rod was fished up the near margin over about 5 scoops of hemp, maggots, corn and boilie with a stringer on it, but it was the pva bag rod that went. 

Yes mate best thing about it, you don't lose anything you put on the floor because it stands out 😎

Yep! Hooked it at midnight, 40min fight in the lashing rain, it was biblical, finally got back to sleep about 3:30am, still pinching myself mate

Well this session is going better than expected… the lakes flooded, it’s lashing it down and I’ve just landed a new park lake and club record… 🤯🤯🤯

Just heading out now to do a food shop mate... vans pretty much packed . Looking forward to meeting you in the morning &  a walk around the lake . With the shape of it , should make for an interesting draw & swim choice I reckon  . 👍

20k of boilies, £40 worth of rubber & plastic, £40 worth of grub, £30 worth of beer. All packed and ready for the social this weekend. 
Shame some couldn't make it. Maybe next year????

Rods out for an overnighter on the park lake, it’s been fishing poorly recently
after missing a run on the last 2 sessions because of the little bobbins jamming in the buzzer roller, I’ve got a set of teeny tiny swingers, keeping the bobbin nicely away from the roller! 

Hopefully 🤞🙏, need something for myself at moment with the past few months being abit worse for wear.

I'll go 1 man I reckon with not knowing where I might end up , be silly for the bivvy to hinder my swim choice . 
@dalej2014 drawing for swim choice is the normal way of things . Numbers 1-5 number 1 gets first pick 5 last .  I'm always last with lads i regularly go with its gone beyond a joke 🙈

I finish work at 10pm then I am making my gym debut 😳

Maximum, 20 wraps (so far) I'll be casting, there's only 1 snaggy/weedy water near me (only fished it once).

I am used to a 0.40mm line so it seems quite thin to me 😀 I've cast 20 odd wraps with it and it seems OK, if you need distance get the thinner one if not go with the thicker one. 

I use the 20lb one, looks nice went on well 

I'm using the wild carp camo line at the moment it's been alright so far only used it twice though so not a long term review,
