I'm thinking I might go for ocean + like you say it has a blend of all the decent fishy hydros, so protein levels should be pretty high, and it's fairly reasonably priced at £20 for 2.5ltrs so I can add it at decent levels without needing to remortgage, I also love a bit of garlic tbh, I got some great garlic stuff from an animal feed place one little scoop makes everything vampire proof.1 point
