Just caught a giant slimy slug, and korda durakord is rubbish thats my thoughts, I had a take in the night and think it was aborted as I didn't feel any kicks or owt, however bringing in a raft of weed the durakord loop on the lead clip gave way, not the first time this has happened, I always check them when I make them and have never had this happen with other leaders. So it is rubbish. I've only got eldest daughter with me and she wants to stay another night, she is going to ask mummy in a bit, wish me luck 😂

She quite liked seeing it , she has caught them in a Disney game on her Nintendo switch so she enjoyed seeing one IRL,

No carps just the creature from the black lagoon. Was nice though we spent the day chilling and listening to an audiobook with no grown ups to tell us off 😂

No 2nd night, we both forgot they have swimming tomorrow. Got a few more hours and it's looking carpy as hell. A right old chop on the water Just add carps now

Honestly isn't that bad, I won't be carrying it though, all the lakes I gonto requir barrow, so it'll be this bag, rucksack, bivvy n bed....easier loading/unloading. I'd say it's about same weight (or less) as my bedchair.
