Braid for hooklinks, rigs?

Would this braid be okay for hooklinks/rigs? Picked it up as it was reduced to £2 for100m

Never heard of the brand but the Breaking Strain is 32.9kg which is about 72lb in old money which may be a tad overgunned! It would probably be OK to use as a shock leader for a spod rod but I'm sure there are plenty of other braids that would be better for hook rigs.

I’ve never heard of it but it’s a bit over gunned for a hook link unless your catfishing 

don’t use it would be my advice there are loads on the market

I’d try it for shockleader but that would be it mucka

I would check it against a set of scales 

my father in law bought some a few years ago that were rated in the 30lb class and they broke at between 8 and 10lb

it was some cheap Chinese braid

To be honest the only thing I would use it for would be on the marker float rod, or on pike fishing rods as mainline.

In addition, I’d use it for tying up my Sweet Peas in the garden.

Seriously, for something as important as line, stick with branded, reliable manufacturers/brands.

There are some decent braids around for mainline use that aren't mainstream tackle brands😉

You just have to double check every one first, getting other angler's advice and experiences. I think I paid £15 for 3 spools of the braid I have on my marker rod and pike rods. 

That has definitely been better than a major tackle brand braid I had been using
