Guys.  I've got some 40lb non lead core from Nash. Could anyone give me a link to a decent splicing clip, never used such a thing before so while I know how to, I'd just like to be 100% sure I'm safe. Thanks all. ****.

I've still got some , I remember splicing a few different braids as well as stichting various ones back onto themselves , in theory as long as there is a bit of give in the braid then you can splice or stitch it as the tighter you pull the tighter it grips .

I've been splicing Merlin for years, (since the original olive green and white), probably before Kesmark's Octo-splice, it also works with Silkworm.

It is a sneaky way of creating Multi rigs with a simple single tidy knot to the swivel😉
