Ginger9991
Anyone recommend a pair? Is a £60 any better then a £10 pair? I don't care how they look, they just need to show me the fish!

Anyone else find yellow lenses the best all-rounder ? it would probably be benificial for the community to know the reason behind this chilli, blue light has a shorter wavelength than other colours of the spectrum and tends to scatter easier too. it is also (the scatter effect) enhanced by water and water vapor, brown or amber lenses block blue light better than any other colours and so enables clearer vision where blue light is most prevalent,,, NEAR WATER!! ok back to my day job as major numpty now
chillfactor
Well that would suggest why I find yellow / amber lenses the best all-rounder then .
salokcinnodrog
As said, don't limit yourself to carp brands. Eyelevel make good fishing sunglasses, or without looking, I think in one or some of those links, I recommend an ebay shop called sunglasses warehouse. They may be worth a look. I think I paid £10 including carriage for my last set from them, about 4 years ago, and unlike me, who usually sits on or drops them out of a tree, I still have them. I do also have a brown lense set from Eyelevel.
