  2. So the bloke knew you wanted to get your little bro into carping and that's how he welcomes you
  3. Just to add their website is well thought out and must look very appealing to younger lads and lasses
  4. It's just the whole c'mon get in the net thing that he shouts and the dodgy heavy breathing, not normal
  5. yeh df won't get richer cos of me will he
  6. lol.to be honest i only really use one rig.no need to use any other where i go.don't really like pop ups and just use a coated braid unstripped.coots make me uneasy
  7. think muggas will be my next hook although those avid sound promising
  8. i think the lads that do the back of the landing net blogs are from that neck of the woods so might be worth a viewing good luck anyway
  9. agree this place seems in good hands and if anyone is after a good watch with some of farlows resident fish in then the reel fishing uk lads have some good vids on youtube

  11. willesley seems to get positive reviews though i ain't fished there myself and have not read anything about it for a while
  12. not much help i'm afraid but if going via tunnel be careful as regards having a van full of tackle as they have been pulling people up and making them pay for freight, just another way of robbing us even more than we are already
  13. primus for me to be honest they are that small i reckon if i wanted a double burner i would probably just buy another.been going about 7 years now
  14. Looking at it another way it's under £30 a month which will probably get you 24hrs on a crowded day ticket know which one I'd prefer
  15. You can tie another knot in it
  16. lol,i moved next to a grave yard thinking it would be quiet, and i think even the junkies moved away from this road nutter next door cut his grass for the first time this year and its left white dots all over his garden looks like crop circles sorry op for going off topic as regards dogs i love amstaffs but pretty certain they are banned in the uk now
  17. i live in a terraced house on the one side they go out and leave their dog howling and jumping up the front door and the other side is like a circus.if i'd have known they all voted liberal democrat i would never have come here in the first place, complete fruit cakes.house is up for sale as you can tell by the big sell i'm giving it feel sorry for the poor peeps that buy this place
  18. these look an excellent way of peeving my neighbours off do they make a suitable noise?
  19. i'd have no hesitation casting the second rig out and in this rig the loop knot should push the bait away from the lead as well
  20. sorry mate it may be me getting old and senile but i seem to remember df recommending not to use loop knots in one of their hook lengths.i may be wrong but i thought it was supernatural
  21. it will catch carp as long as those knots hold.i think i would be tempted to just strip back the coating to get the same effect.apologies if i'm seeing it wrong.not having a go like as like i said it will catch
