Yes as you said. Nothing to write home about however I suppose you get what you pay for. However if something breaks there customer service is top notch . I broke the block on my typhoon storm bivvy(totally my fault as i found out after watching the setup vid on youtube) they sent a new block out no questions asked within 2 days. I thought that was pretty good of them to do so to be fair.

Removed a washer and the line lay is now spot on. Cheers lads, even converted them to quick drag by taking the spring out the spool caps 🤣🤣

Ive got 3 wychwood solace with reciever had them since 2013 and to be fair for the money i find are fantastic and they look good too. Only problem was one alarm has revently lost its tone but i left it in a bowl of salt over night and put it on a radiator for an hour and its now fine !

I am comfortable with approx 90 yards with my 3.25s.. so anything 100 and over really
looking at around £100 per rod
