    Considering New Rods

    TnCarper don't spread it around, but to get an extra 20' - 25' just get a bottle of White-Out correction fluid and a very fine brush and paint a tiny DF on your rod down where the test curve is.

  2. Been using the fox torques in 10' for just over a year now, i really like them cast well and very accurate, lovely to play fish on, the others would be pretty similar so i'd go with the set you can get the best deal on.

  4. Personally I try to avoid leaders altogether, going mainline straight through or tubing if I have to. Nige Woodcock made a tip on a thread a while ago to stop the tubing climbing. Lighter blob the end that is held in the lead clip or buffer bead. The lighter blobbed end stops it pulling out and up. The pic is my standard mainline with tubing on, and a running lead. I don't do quick links or lead clips
