    yep, large spomb full of particle... no problems. What I do is tie a kwik link direct to the braid so I can change spomb size or over to a lead to ensure correct distance . I rarely am spombing over 100yards much, so it may come unstuck if used rigourously at long distances but so far for me there has never been any problems

    From the picture it would seem the buzz bars are extendable , it will be alright to use.

    Don't use pods myself, but can't for the life of me see why this would cause tangles , looks no different to some of the lads that's post pics up on here who use pods or guys I've met on socials, never here anyone complaining of tangles. It will be fine fella, think some lads weight them down with a carrier bag full of stones on concrete .

    Most of these pods legs are actual banksticks mate, they screw onto the center frame., if the damage is to one of these then in may be possible to just add a cheaper adjustable bank stick to it. But as CM says use banksticks,where possible, the legs may come off of that as i said and be able to use an single banksticks anyhow.

    they look good to me. since changing my hook pattern to the curve shank pattern similar to yours ive not lost a fish and every time they are nailed bang centre of the bottom lip. well more like an inch or so back in the mouth. don't be afraid to use bottom baits or wafters/ critically balanced baits with this rig either. id say 90% of my fishing is now done with this rig.
