  1. You have http://www.dynamitebaits.com/products/p/frenzied-hempseed-snails which can be used as baits as well as an attractor. I honestly believe that there are some fish which simply won't take boilies, or take so long to get onto them that particles and a natural are a better option for them.

  7. Correct bud, no leader. You'd probs get away with the 15 lb with no leader. I know you can really cast so I bet you'd go miles with it. It's great stuff, hard as nails. I got snagged up last year on some kind of root right in the margins, I had to pull for a break and basically couldn't break it (the line stretched a little before pulling this root right out of the lake bed). Yet it casts (!?!). I'm going to France in a few months to a water that's all 100 yards + fishing, last year I put a casting line on for this trip but this time I'm just leaving the SLS on, it's absolutely fine.

  8. There is one or two major differences with attracting the lakes natural baits to your baited area rather than baiting with the tinned or frozen ones. They are still alive, they are natural to that particular lake. The tinned or frozen ones are obviously dead and they also may not be a he same as what actually lives in the lake your fishing. If this makes a difference or provides an edge, who knows?? Worth thinking about though.

  9. The post with snails on the boilie was from me. Not my photo mind, but one off the essential baits web site. The snails were not stuck to the boilie, they were naturally attracted to it and were feeding on it.

  10. morning yonny..... might be interested in this rig marole line you mention. I take it that's without a leader mate ? I'm looking at something to put on my spare spools for shorter range stuff that's better at coping with abrasion etc than my out & out casting line on the other spools . This stuff sounds like it might fit the bill , I was using pro gold but as good as this line is around snags etc it really doesn't cast well at all & having a snag line that you can still go 120 + with in the bag sounds perfect to me .
