I'd recommend not turning up fully kitted out in real tree, looking like a first class poacher. I'd go up under the disguise of a jogger, both for reconnaissance and getaway purposes.2 points

Hi Neal What Spr has said . Maybe some marker rod work if nothings happening , and / or conditions aren't favourable , or just do the marker work as an investment for future sessions ? . I expect someone will come along with the definitive answer . Have either of you two got any dates you are working towards ? .1 point

I think you answered your own question mate, that's what I would be inclined to do anyway....like you said it's a starting point, I need to get out fishing I'm starting to lose the plot not being able to get out!1 point
