gavyn55 Posted May 23, 2006 Report Share Posted May 23, 2006 hello there all, ive been useing about 2feet of rig tubeing behind my lead to get my line nice and flat on the lake bed,it has worked realy well for me but the trouble is sometimes it will threds traight on,another time it is hopeless you can spend hours. has anyone got any tips on how to make it easier ,because i cant realy afford leadcore and want to keep using this method Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
stes Posted May 23, 2006 Report Share Posted May 23, 2006 you need to make sure there is no water or dirt in it then u need to cut your line at on a slant with some sissors then dry your line keep your tubing straight and it should go through ok. salokcinnodrog Posted May 24, 2006 Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 A length of Amnesia also works or a paper clip round the bottom with a 1oz bomb attached to the clip holds it straight, but I prefer the Gardner Tube Threader myself.
