B B Posted February 23, 2020 Author Report Posted February 23, 2020 Just now, dayvid said: That looks a cracking swim It was at Furzebray Devon there’s a island to the right and in front of the swim. Lovely place small and intimate.... the only lake me and my mate whispered as we walked around Quote
B B Posted February 24, 2020 Author Report Posted February 24, 2020 (edited) Luckily I won the toss picked that swim. The swans made it difficult with there long necks but tight up against the island I found slightly deeper water and had 2 low twenty’s from there very pretty fish had them on cell.. We blanked the second visit. The owner is a carper he designed and dug it. Shrubs are planted all round the lakes lovely place in the summer. They had dug a new lake when we fished it and were waiting for it to filll up. Sorry went on a bit 🙄 Highly recommended Edited February 24, 2020 by Big Bass Its-grim-up-north 1 Quote
