Van Hire

Hi guys and gals,

Me and 2 mates are going over to France in September (fishing Genesis), just wandering if anyone knows of a cheap van hire company I could use, we usually go by car but as there's 3 of us this year there's no chance of us all getting in the motor. I'm based in Sheffield, so if anyone knows where I can get hold of a van I'd be most appeciative.

I always use enterprise. you should be able to get 3 big hairy carp anglers and all the associated kit into a VW Transporter size van.

Have you thought of hiring a small box trailer???? Works out cheaper and a number of our groups use them

Dave, the best advice I could offer would be to Google "cheap van hire, Sheffield."

 

There's a world of information on Google. Recovery insurance and overseas travel insurance are separate side issues. Both worthy of consideration. Factor both into your final cost figure. Been there, done that.
