  6. Yes daletronrics. Looks like he is the guy to use.
  7. Think mine were replaced and with p&p around £15. I much prefer my mk1s to the newer ones. Think I'll get them fully refreshed by a company I saw on Facebook when they give up the ghost. In regards to line I've not had a problem when using the usual 15lb line in mono or fluoro and 18lb for the river.
  8. My delks mk1s are the same. But just looking at how you've set them the sensitivity is not the same on both alarms. The left hand looks set to a lower number than the right hand rod. I've found the tiniest adjustment can be the difference between sensitivity. Also when you switch them on do you set them on HI or LOW? On HI your alarm will register the tiny knocks however on LOW it won't register them. I tend to have mine on LOW when it's windy or fishing over lots of particle and small fish are present. Hope that clarifies a few bits for you. If everything is set the same and it's still a problem then maybe the Y bar is knackered. I had this problem and just sent off to delkim to get it replaced. Not costly at all.
  9. it's true, I find it to be all over the shop and sliding but rather that than a trek with a flat tyre!
  10. there isnt as much give in the tyre, I found the same but just means more of a workout!
  11. sorry guys, i'm 6ft 1 and fit comfy on it.
  12. I have the wychwood tactical (compact) and its light as anything and comfy. I seem to sleep better in it than my actual bed at home. Think the larger versions are still very light.
  13. I have the handle only, thought it was great until I upgraded and felt how heavy it actually was. Now on the sonik sks net and the handle is 10x lighter and so much more manoeuvrable. Make sure you get a beefy net float for it to make your life easier!
