    I have got a set of them, initially I brought just the one but I ended up buying 3 ! I am fishing in France at the moment, but I can measure 1 when I'm back home .

    Thanks for your replies guys ! I've never tried the chod rig out until recently and the first time using it was successful, so it is definitely a rig I want to use more. I also like the anti tangle properties ! I know not everyone is a fan of the chod rig but It is a rig I will be trying out more often.

    I've been thinking about changing my mainline for a while but haven't been able to decide on one as there is so many out there, but after reading this I think I'm going to give the pro-carp a go. Sounds good and it is also a good price, Thanks for posting this Nick !

    Think i saw it on a dvd might of been a korda one and they was rating the reverse snowman sayin they have had success on it. Not tried it myself yet tho!

    Thanks for your replies, it is not just braided mainlines its is ALL braid due to fish mouths being damaged, bit of a rubbish rule if you ask me as I dont beleive the damage is caused by braid hooklinks but more inexperience of other anglers!

    One of my local clubs has banned the use of braid so just wondering what other people would use as hooklink material! I saw the notice when i turned up at the lake so I had to make rigs out of my mainline which is 12lb esp crystal. I didnt like the rigs at all they felt too stiff and I like using balanced baits but cannot get a good presentation using mono! I would be greatfull for any hints or advise on what too use, thanks!
