Tough me pal..😉😉 Stopped now due to family...wife morris dances but season finished till march so we have family weekends now...and then back to friday - sunday night fishing then with my lad...7 and loves it.

Im thinkin of a 24hr tomorrow...dont like the look though...20-40mph winds...light rain all dat n night...but sunday overcast. Do i risk it or see what the afternoon looks like ?? The lake were meant to be goin has a good head of 20lb ghosties..🎣🎣

Hi all.. The attatched alarm has a mind of its own..new battery replaced n still iffy..ive opened up the back to see if wire is loose 😦😦..looks ok..anyone else any thoughts..its a set of 3 with reciever..otjer are fine 🤞

Easiest to tie is knoltess knot but you can buy already made rigs (list is endless of knots). I bought ready made at first then started to strip them down to see how to be tied then i started tying my own..you tube is the BEST place for knots and how to tie rigs..some of the guys on here alao give brilliant advice.

Still up in air..did my 1st 24hr last week...doin another next week then see how things plan out...lookin at a lake in Crew called Lakemoore but its a mix Cat n Carp...in 4 weeks time 48hrs ?? Cant fault the bivvy n im wrapped up snug in it...but its just an in case item.

Hi pal...im fairly new now to carp fishing as these guys may know...i bought a full NGT 3x rod setup to start..upgraded the reels to summat more suited to the 12ft 2.75tc bought linaffe all blacks bait runners..upgraded the rod pod to a goal post setup and better terminal mainly korda...also a chub rs us max bivvy...not bad for all around £300..

Hi all...jus finished a 24hr with the rigs...landed 16 carp n 2 chub...lost 3 while playing...variations of bottom and pop...so pretty confident in them..👍👍

Korda Kaptor Curve size 6/8 any better...just ordered 2 lots of 10 in each size...gonna change the tube colour n braid to brown as the lake i fish is a clay bottom..
